China Aerospace Reports No Change in Share Capital for August 2026, Confirms Public-Float Compliance

China Aerospace International Holdings Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, indicating that the company’s share capital structure remained unchanged during the month.

At 31 August 2026, the company maintained 3.09 billion ordinary shares in issue, identical to the balance at the end of July. No treasury shares were outstanding, and there were no share issuances, cancellations, conversions, warrant exercises, option exercises, or other equity movements recorded for the month.

Management affirmed that the group continues to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s initial prescribed public-float threshold of 25% of issued shares. The declaration was submitted by Company Secretary Luo Yuxin on 1 September 2026.

The filing confirms compliance with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements, with no new equity instruments, treasury share transactions, or Hong Kong depositary receipts reported for the month.
