EPI (HOLDINGS) (00689) announced that on October 13, 2025, the lender (EPI ESG Investment (New Zealand) Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company in New Zealand) entered into a loan agreement with the borrower (Highrise Apartments Limited), mortgagor and guarantor. Under the agreement, the lender agreed to provide the borrower with a loan facility of NZ$1.57 million in principal amount, with a repayment term of 12 months.
