YIBIN BANK Shareholder Transfers Holdings from CM BANK to Citibank with Portfolio Valued at HK$149 Million

A recent filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange revealed that on March 11, a shareholder of YIBIN BANK (02596) transferred shares from CM BANK to Citibank. The transferred holdings have a market value of HK$149 million, representing 8.18% of the bank's issued share capital.

In a separate announcement, YIBIN BANK disclosed that, following an open tender process, the bank, as the project owner, selected Jiantou Jiangang and Xinyi Jiantou as the construction contractor and project management unit, respectively. On February 13, 2026, the bank entered into a construction project agreement with Jiantou Jiangang and Xinyi Jiantou. Under the agreement, the contractors will provide construction services for the upgrade and renovation project of the bank's headquarters business building. The contracted value of the project is RMB 86.499 million.

Through this project, YIBIN BANK aims to modernize the hardware facilities of its headquarters business building, enabling it to better serve its customer base and meet their increasingly diverse needs. Additionally, by appointing Xinyi Jiantou as the professional institution responsible for the project's implementation, management, control, and supervision, the bank expects to enhance control over the project's timeline, quality, cost, and safety.
