2026年3月11日，乐普生物-B（02157）公告显示，截至2025年12月31日止财政年度，公司实现归属于股东的经调整净利润不少于人民币2.00亿元，而上一年度则录得亏损约人民币4.11亿元，净利润同比增加不少于人民币6.11亿元。
本期业绩的转盈主要源于国内商业化与许可交易的收入增长。其中，普佑恒®（普特利单抗注射液）贡献稳定收入，而美佑恒®（注射用维贝柯妥塔单抗）自2025年10月获得国家药监局批准后也实现初步收入。同时，通过MRG007、CTM012及CTM013等在研产品的对外许可交易，使得盈利能力持续提升。此外，由于对一项投资不再具有重大影响，公司将其由联营公司投资重新分类为按公允价值计量的投资，因而确认了一次性收益，为本期利润增长提供额外支撑。
公告提到，随着国内商业化进程加速和多项许可交易落地，未来公司仍将专注于提升研发布局和拓展商业化版图。公司表示，普佑恒®、美佑恒®等核心产品将持续贡献营收增量，而对外许可业务也将成为主营收入的重要来源。
