New Gonow RV Sets 23 April Board Meeting for FY 2025 Results; Trading Remains Suspended

New Gonow Recreational Vehicles Inc. (New Gonow RV) will hold a board meeting on 23 April 2026 to consider and approve the audited results for the year ended 31 December 2025 and to decide on any dividend payment.

Trading in New Gonow RV shares has been suspended on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026 and will stay halted until further notice.

The board currently consists of six directors: executive directors Mr. Miao Xuezhong (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Ms. Liu Qin, and Mr. Andrew Robert Crank, alongside independent non-executive directors Mr. Yu Mingyang, Ms. He Jie, and Ms. Ng Weng Sin.

Shareholders and prospective investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
