网易云音乐（09899）于2026年5月22日向香港联交所提交翌日披露报表，公告最新股份回购及已发行股本变动情况。
当日，公司在香港联交所场内回购普通股127,600股，占回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.0605%。回购价格介乎每股114.60港元至119.00港元，成交量加权平均回购价约117.52港元，合计涉资14,995,781.68港元（约1,499.58万港元）。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数维持217,916,116股，其中已发行股本（不包括库藏股）210,782,016股，库藏股数量增至7,134,100股。公告显示，回购授权于2025年6月25日获股东大会通过，可回购股份总数为21,739,953股。截至本次回购后，累计已回购6,802,550股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的约3.1291%。本次回购后，公司将于2026年6月21日前暂缓发行新股或出售、转让已回购的库藏股。
公司确认，本次回购已获董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书黄慧儿签署。
