公告显示，回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数为2,528,106,744股。根据此前获股东于2025年5月14日通过的购回授权，公司可购回股份总数为262,668,701股，截至目前已购回79,109,612股，占授权通过当日已发行股本总数约3.037328%。公司方面确认，相关程序符合香港联交所上市规则及当地适用法规。
