公司于2025年6月26日通过购回股份授权，可回购的股份总数为274,470,604股。公告披露，截至本次回购，公司已在包括香港联交所在内的证券交易所累计回购了71,547,500股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本约2.6067%。公司还表示，在购回后30天内，如未获联交所批准，将不会发行新股或处置任何库藏股。公告由公司董事董阳签署，并确认上述回购符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法规的规定。
