Baiyunshan (00874): Liu Hong Elected as Employee Representative Director for Tenth Board Term

Baiyunshan (00874) announced that, in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the company's articles of association, a staff congress was recently convened, electing Mr. Liu Hong as the employee representative director for the tenth board of directors. Mr. Liu will join the non-employee representative directors of the tenth board, who will be elected at the company's 2025 annual general meeting, to form the complete tenth board of directors. His term will last until the conclusion of the tenth board's tenure.
