ICBC to Distribute Final Dividend of 60.2 Billion Yuan for Fiscal Year

On March 27, Industrial And Commercial Bank Of China Limited held its 2025 performance briefing. Board Secretary Tian Fenglin stated that the bank plans to distribute total cash dividends of 1.106 trillion yuan for 2025, of which an interim dividend of 504 billion yuan has already been paid. Following corporate governance procedures, a final dividend of 602 billion yuan will be arranged. Based on the average annual share price, the dividend yields for its A-shares and H-shares are projected to reach 4.22% and 5.99%, respectively. These sustainable returns to shareholders fully demonstrate the effectiveness of ICBC's market value management measures implemented to date.
