SY Holdings releases 2025 Annual Report, ESG report and AGM documents; shareholders invited to opt for e-communication

SY Holdings Group Limited has placed four key 2025 corporate documents on both its own website (http://www.syholdings.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). The uploads include: (1) the 2025 Annual Report, (2) a circular dated 27 April 2026 for the 2025 Annual General Meeting, (3) the form of proxy for the AGM scheduled on 29 May 2026, and (4) the 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, which is available exclusively in electronic form.

Printed copies of the Annual Report, circular and proxy form have been dispatched to shareholders who previously requested hard-copy communications. ESG materials remain digital-only.

Shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications by email instead of physical mail can submit the reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Union Registrars Limited, by email, post or hand delivery. The instruction, once given, will remain effective until 31 December 2026 unless amended in writing.
