State Grid Pengzhou Power Supply Company has innovated a shared electricity model featuring "one meter for multiple households, scan-to-use, and settlement based on actual consumption," extending "application-free, use-on-demand"扫码 services directly to the fields. Additionally, it has formed 107-member patrol teams combining grid managers and transformer area managers across 16 districts, creating a "20-minute response circle" to quickly address hazards and repair faults.
