CHERISH SUN releases Second Interim Report 2025/26 online and outlines shareholder communication options

On 25 June 2026, Cherish Sunshine International Limited (CHERISH SUN) announced that its Second Interim Report 2025/26, prepared in both English and Chinese, has been uploaded to the company website (http://www.sunshine1094.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (http://www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who prefer email alerts instead of printed notifications are requested to submit their email addresses to the company via Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (HKSCC). If no email address is provided or if the address is invalid, the company will continue to send printed notification letters to the mailing address on record with HKSCC.

Shareholders may at any time request printed copies of corporate communications by writing to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Union Registrars Limited, or by emailing 1094-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk. Each written request for printed materials remains valid for one year unless revoked or superseded.

For further enquiries, shareholders can contact Union Registrars Limited at (852) 2849 3399 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notice is issued by order of the Board and signed by Joint Chairman and Chief Executive Yang Hua.
