代扣所得税方面，内地居民个人股东按20%税率代扣代缴；非居民企业股东（非中国内地登记地址）按10%税率代扣代缴企业所得税；非居民个人股东（非中国内地登记地址）根据税收协议适用10%或20%税率代扣代缴个人所得税。H股股东税务详情见公司6月10日通函。
