丽丰控股有限公司5月6日发布公告称，根据最新公开资料，该公司公众持股量为14.76%，仍未达到《上市规则》要求的25%最低水平。公司自2022年11月11日股份复牌以来，业务营运维持正常。
公告指出，公司正与控股股东、核心关连人士及财务顾问积极磋商，寻求在可行情况下尽快提升公众持股比例。期间，公司将按照上市规则第13.32B条和第13.32E条的规定： 1. 每月刊发公告，定期披露公众持股量状况及恢复计划进展； 2. 持续执行相关合规措施，直至公众持股量达到规定标准。
公司提醒股东及潜在投资者买卖股份时保持审慎。董事会主席林建岳在公告中再次确认，公司及旗下附属公司目前营运正常，恢复公众持股量工作亦在推进中。
