2026年10月9日，天福（06868）发布翌日披露报表，披露公司当日于香港联交所回购6,000股普通股，占已发行股本约0.0006%。回购价格介乎每股2.55港元至2.61港元，合计支付约15,520港元（折合约1.55万港元）。
公告显示，回购后公司已发行股本保持1,082,632,460股不变，暂未产生库藏股。此次回购所涉股份尚待注销。公司于2026年5月11日获股东大会通过股份回购授权，可回购总数为108,280,946股。自授权通过以来，公司已根据该授权合计回购349,000股，授权剩余可回购股份数为107,931,946股。
公司确认，本次股份回购已获得董事会正式授权，并依照香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规进行。公告由公司董事李家麟签署。
