RYKADAN CAPITAL (02288) announced that Mr. Wu Dekun has submitted his resignation to the company in order to devote more time to his other personal affairs and commitments. Mr. Wu Dekun will step down from his position as non-executive director but will continue to serve as a company advisor, effective from October 1, 2025.
