坤集團有限公司（股份代号：924，主板上市）计划于股东周年大会上授予董事回购股份的一般授权，规模上限为公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）总数的10%。该公司当前已发行股份约10亿股，如相关议案获得通过，最高回购股份数量可达约1亿股。
董事会指出，回购所需资金将来自根据开曼群岛法律及香港上市规则允许的合法来源，并将视财务状况与市场情况而定。公司表示，此举有助于提升每股价值及股东整体回报，认为此项授权符合公司及股东的整体利益。
公告显示，坤集團近12个月股价最高曾达每股港币0.66元（2024年12月），最低为每股港币0.07元（2025年11月）。公司将于2025年12月23日召开股东周年大会，股东名册自2025年12月13日起至12月23日止暂停办理过户登记。董事会认为，倘获得股东批准，上述购回股份计划将进一步优化公司资本结构并维持股价稳定。
