中船防务（00317）4月13日发布业绩预告，预计2026年一季度实现归属于母公司所有者的净利润3.6亿元至4.3亿元，较上年同期增加1.76亿元至2.46亿元，同比增幅为95.16%至133.11%。\n\n扣除非经常性损益后，公司预计归母净利润3.3亿元至3.9亿元，同比增加1.52亿元至2.12亿元，增幅为85.44%至119.16%。\n\n上年同期，公司实现归母净利润1.84亿元，扣非后归母净利润1.78亿元；同期每股收益为0.1305元。\n\n公司表示，业绩大幅增长主要得益于：\n1. 把握船舶行业发展机遇，订单承接良好，产品结构持续优化；\n2. 深化精益生产管理，主建船型建造周期进一步缩短，带动营业收入稳步提升、产品毛利同比增加；\n3. 联营企业经营业绩显著提升，投资收益同比大幅增加。\n\n公司提示，本次业绩预告为财务部门初步测算结果，相关数据未经注册会计师审计，具体数据以2026年一季度报告为准，投资者需注意投资风险。
