CoreWeave, Inc. (CRWV) soared 13.90% in intraday trading, extending a sharp rebound from two consecutive sessions of declines that had wiped out over 10% of the company's market value. The surge built on a strong pre-market performance, with the stock initially jumping over 5% before the opening bell.

The rally was primarily fueled by reports that CoreWeave has improved the terms on a $2.6 billion loan facility designed to provide additional computing power for enterprise clients, including Anthropic. The revised terms have alleviated market concerns over the company's high-leverage expansion model and debt burden, which had been a key overhang on the stock in recent weeks. The improved financing terms shifted investor focus back to CoreWeave's growth potential ahead of its upcoming earnings report.

Further boosting the stock, CoreWeave announced a collaboration with Leidos to deliver secure, sovereign AI cloud services for U.S. intelligence and defense missions. The partnership will leverage CoreWeave's AI-native cloud platform in SCIF-accredited data centers to support classified AI model training and deployment, with Leidos handling mission integration and security architecture. The deal underscores CoreWeave's expanding role in the national security AI infrastructure market and added to the positive momentum.
