JIADING INTL GP (08153) has announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
The company reported revenue of HK$75.517 million, representing a decrease of 14.46% compared to the previous year.
The loss attributable to owners of the company was HK$8.785 million, which is a significant narrowing of 85.54% year-on-year.
The loss per share for the period was HK$0.3406.
According to the company's announcement, the group has divested its non-road new energy vehicle, new energy battery, and health supplement product businesses in 2025, as its operations in mainland China did not develop as anticipated.
