Hong Kong-listed WKK INTL (HOLD) has obtained a waiver from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX) that grants the company an extension to dispatch its shareholder circular for a previously announced major transaction involving the acquisition of land.

Originally, under Listing Rule 14.41(a), the circular—containing detailed information on the transaction—was required by 15 September 2026 (15 business days after the 25 August 2026 announcement of the planned acquisition). The company requested additional time to finalize several mandatory disclosures: • Statement of indebtedness • Statement confirming sufficiency of working capital • Independent valuation report on the land in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Listing Rules

HKEX approved the waiver on 15 September 2026, permitting WKK INTL (HOLD) to dispatch the circular no later than 30 September 2026. The exchange reserves the right to modify or withdraw the waiver if circumstances change.
