DYNAGREEN ENV (01330) announced that, to expand its overseas environmental business, the board has agreed to establish a joint venture in Hong Kong with the subsidiary of Asia Allied Infrastructure Holdings Limited, Greenway Limited, with both parties contributing in a 50%:50% equity ratio.
