Phoenitron Holdings Limited (stock code: 08066) reported the issuance of 52.5 million new ordinary shares, effective 25 November 2025. The new shares were issued following the exercise of a total of 52.5 million share options at an exercise price of HKD 0.427 each by 10 employees.
As of 31 October 2025, the company’s issued share capital stood at 611.63 million shares. The recent exercise of options increased the share count by 52.5 million shares, representing approximately 8.58% of the previous issued share base. Following completion of this transaction, Phoenitron Holdings Limited’s total issued share capital is reported at 664.13 million shares.
