In July 2026, the Group achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB54.00 million, all of which were attributable to the Company. The period’s gross floor area (GFA) sold amounted to 3,275 sq.m., with an average selling price (ASP) of roughly RMB16,374 per sq.m.

For the seven months ended 31 July 2026, cumulative contracted sales stood at about RMB298.00 million, while attributable contracted sales totaled RMB294.00 million. During the same timeframe, the Group sold 22,576 sq.m. of GFA (attributable GFA: 22,319 sq.m.) at an overall ASP of approximately RMB13,181 per sq.m.
