众安智慧生活服务有限公司(2271)与众安集团有限公司(672)在2026年2月27日宣布，基于一般授权完成配售事宜。配售代理已按每股1.52港元的价格向不少于六名承配人成功配售25,450,000股，占配售完成后众安智慧经扩大股本约4.69%。交易完成后，众安集团于众安智慧的持股比例从约71.28%摊薄至约67.94%。
本次配售所得款项净额约为0.3809亿港元，众安智慧拟将其中25%用于2026年底前支付员工及物料成本，25%用于2026年底前支付分包及供应商费用，25%用于2027年底前升级办公室设施及软件，另25%用于2027年底前针对人工智能技术的应用。配售完成后，众安智慧的已发行股份总数增至542,864,000股，众安集团仍为众安智慧的间接控股股东，后者财务业绩仍将继续计入众安集团综合财务报表。
