在股份期权及激励计划方面，2012年采纳的股份奖励计划下，本月有361,747股期权失效。截至2月28日，该计划剩余62,213,561份期权；本月并无新股发行或库存股转让。2022年股份奖励计划暂未有期权授出、行使或失效。此外，本月没有购回、注销或其他股份变动活动。
公告显示，董事会已确认所有发行及库存股份出售或转让均符合香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律法规的要求。截至2月末，公司股本结构保持稳定，未有新增发行与回购活动。
