穆迪评级机构将Blue Owl Credit Income旗舰私募信贷基金的展望从稳定调整为负面，这给该基金带来了新的压力。
评级机构周二晚表示，下调展望是为了反映这只规模达360亿美元的基金近期遭遇的高额赎回申请。上周，Blue Owl Credit Income披露投资者在第一季度末要求赎回22%的资金，但基金将实际赎回比例限制在5%。
虽然展望调整不会立即威胁这家非上市商业发展公司Baa2的投资级评级，但使Blue Owl基金向仅比垃圾级高一档的Baa3评级又靠近了一步。该基金依赖投资级评级以债券和票据形式向投资者筹集低成本资金，近年来通过此方式融资数十亿美元，其中3.5亿美元债务将于今年9月到期。
穆迪表示，如果资金净流出情况改善，评级展望有望恢复至稳定。
