He emphasized accelerating structural adjustment to utilize every drop of milk comprehensively, advancing digital and intelligent innovation to equip milk production with technological wings, and speeding up integration with industry partners to build a healthy ecosystem. Building a nationally important energy and strategic resource base is a major political responsibility shouldered by Inner Mongolia. In Alxa Right Banner, how can the synergistic development of new energy and ecological protection be achieved? Gao Zheng, a Deputy to the Autonomous Regional People's Congress and Secretary of the Alxa Right Banner Committee, provided the answer: actively exploring a new integrated development model of "photovoltaics + desert control," planning to scientifically deploy photovoltaic desert control projects in the Badain Jaran Desert. This aims to create a new pattern of desertification prevention featuring "electricity generation above, ecological restoration below, and planting between panels," striving to transform this "barren land" into a symbiotic entity of "green electricity + green oasis."

Where winds once brought sandstorms, vegetation coverage has now increased, blue skies and white clouds have become the norm, and precious migratory birds like swans and grey cranes flock to settle here every spring. Desert control is not just about managing sand; it is fundamentally about enabling our fellow villagers to lead better lives," Meng He said.
