UISEE Tech Announces Updated Board Composition and Committee Leadership

Hong Kong, 19 May 2026 – UISEE Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (“UISEE Tech”) released an announcement detailing the current composition of its Board of Directors and the leadership structure of its four specialized committees.

The Board now comprises nine members: three executive directors (Mr. Wu Gansha, Mr. Zhou Xin, and Mr. Chiang Tsung Che), three non-executive directors (Mr. Wu Jun, Mr. Zhou Jun, and Mr. Gao Xiaohu), and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Chow Ming Sang, Ms. Bai Rui, and Mr. Du Zide).

Committee assignments are as follows: • Audit Committee – chaired by independent non-executive director Mr. Chow Ming Sang. • Remuneration and Appraisal Committee – chaired by executive director Mr. Wu Gansha, with Mr. Chow Ming Sang and Ms. Bai Rui serving as members. • Nomination Committee – chaired by independent non-executive director Mr. Du Zide, with Ms. Bai Rui acting as a member. • Strategic Committee – chaired by Mr. Wu Gansha, with Mr. Zhou Xin, Mr. Chiang Tsung Che, Mr. Wu Jun and Mr. Du Zide participating as members.
