本次股息的时间安排已明确：除净日为2026年5月4日，递交股份过户文件的截止时限为2026年5月5日16:30，暂停办理股份过户登记手续期间为2026年5月6日至5月12日，记录日期为2026年5月12日，最终派息日为2026年6月16日。
在代扣所得税方面，公告重申了不同股东类型的适用税率：非中国内地登记地址的非居民企业股东及非个人居民股东一般按10%税率代扣代缴企业所得税或个人所得税；中国内地登记地址的个人居民股东通过互联互通机制投资H股，按20%税率代扣个人所得税；中国内地登记地址的居民企业股东则不代扣税款，由企业自行申报缴纳；沪股通投资者（含企业和个人）统一按10%税率代扣所得税。
