宁波均胜电子股份有限公司（简称“均胜电子”，香港联交所代码：00699，上海证券交易所代码：600699）于2026年6月3日披露了截至2026年5月31日止的证券变动月报表。公告显示，公司法定/注册股本总额为1,550,770,563股，面值均为人民币1元，较上月无变动。
