美的集团股份有限公司（00300）7月9日发布公告称，其A股回购计划进展和2022年限制性股票激励计划第三次解除限售事宜均已取得新进展。
截至2026年7月8日，公司通过回购专用证券账户以集中竞价方式累计回购A股77,035,768股，占当前总股本的1.01%，最高成交价85.84元/股，最低成交价73.66元/股，已支付金额61.28亿元（不含交易费用）。本次回购股份将依法注销并减少注册资本。此前董事会于2026年3月30日通过回购方案，明确回购价格不高于100元/股，资金总额不超过130亿元且不低于65亿元，实施期限为12个月。
在股权激励方面，公司2022年限制性股票激励计划第三次解除限售条件已成就。符合解锁条件的激励对象共122人，可解锁股份2,915,367股，占目前公司A股总数的0.04%。上述股份将于2026年7月13日上市流通。本次解锁后，公司有限售条件股份由100,278,279股降至97,362,912股；无限售条件股份由6,862,312,128股增至6,865,227,495股；公司总股本维持7,613,438,907股不变。
公司表示，将根据市场情况继续推进回购，并按规定及时披露相关进展。
