Shenzhen Expressway: Chairman Xu En Li Resigns, Board Committees Reconstituted

Shenzhen Expressway Corporation Limited announced that Chairman and Executive Director Xu En Li resigned on 2 July 2026 due to a career change, effective immediately upon the Board’s receipt of his resignation letter. Xu also stepped down as chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee and as a member of the Nomination Committee.

Following the resignation, committee memberships have been adjusted:

1. Strategy and Investment Committee • Liao Xiang Wen (Executive Director) • Chen Yun Jiang (Non-Executive Director) • Hou Sheng Hai (Non-Executive Director) • Miao Jun (Independent Non-Executive Director)

2. Nomination Committee • Miao Jun (Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman) • Li Fei Long (Independent Non-Executive Director) • Xu Hua Xiang (Independent Non-Executive Director) • Jin Zhen Yuan (Executive Director)

The Board stated that Xu has no disagreements with the Board and confirmed no matters need to be brought to shareholders’ attention. It also expressed gratitude for his contributions, citing his role in refining strategic direction, expanding the capital base and enhancing corporate governance.

As of 2 July 2026, the Board comprises 11 directors: three executive directors (Liao Xiang Wen, Yao Hai, Jin Zhen Yuan), four non-executive directors (Hou Sheng Hai, Chen Yun Jiang, Wu Yan Ling, Zhang Jian) and four independent non-executive directors (Li Fei Long, Miao Jun, Xu Hua Xiang, Yan Yan).
