嘉艺控股有限公司(01025)7月9日晚间公告称，公司已与配售代理于当日签署补充函件，将配售协议项下的最后截止日期由原定的2026年7月9日中午12时正，延长至2026年7月17日(或公司与配售代理可能协定的其他日期)。此次延长旨在为达成配售先决条件提供额外时间。
根据此前2026年6月18日公告，嘉艺控股拟根据一般授权进行新股份配售。除最后截止日期调整外，配售协议其他条款维持不变并继续有效。
公告显示，配售价为每股0.20港元，相较于补充函件日期联交所股份收市价每股0.207港元折让约3.38%；较补充函件日期前最后五个连续交易日股份平均收市价每股约0.2274港元折让约12.05%。
公司提醒股东及潜在投资者，配售须待相关先决条件达成后方可作实，配售未必一定进行，投资者买卖公司股份时需审慎行事。
