On October 28, 2025, NVC INTL (02222) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhuhai Yixun, sold a total of 5.41 million shares of Dehao via block trading on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The total consideration amounted to approximately RMB 13.0922 million (after deducting transaction costs), representing RMB 2.42 per share of Dehao.
