3月15日，协鑫新能源（00451.HK）发布盈利预警公告称，经初步评估，预计截至2025年12月31日止财年将录得约11亿元人民币净亏损；而上一财年同期净亏损为2.23亿元，亏损规模同比扩大约3.9倍。
公司解释称，业绩下滑主要受光伏电站项目出售相关补偿计提大幅增加所致。2025财年公司预计计提补偿拨备约9亿元。其中，2025年上半年已确认约2.95亿元一次性补偿计提，下半年预计新增约6.05亿元，导致全年亏损显著增加。
新增拨备中，税务补偿部分较上半年增加约2.78亿元，源于光伏电站买方或已出售项目收到地方税务机关的耕地占用税、土地使用税等相关缴税通知。另有约3.26亿元用于补偿已出售的内蒙古光伏电站买方因合规问题需暂时返还的售电收入。
公司表示，补偿金额仍待与地方税务机关及项目买方进一步沟通确认，最终经审计的2025财年全年业绩预计将于2026年3月底前公布。公司提醒投资者交易公司证券时保持审慎。
