公告显示，公司回购授权于2025年5月23日通过，可回购股份总数为37,239,649股。截至本次披露，公司已根据授权累计回购21,938,860股，占授权通过日已发行股本约5.89%。公司确认已遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及相关法规。
本次公告由联席公司秘书张玲签署。公司强调，上述回购均根据既定授权及适用法律程序进行。所有已回购股份将于结算完成后注销，且无库存股份出售或转让计划。公司表示会继续关注市场状况及公司资金状况，适时开展股份回购及股本管理措施。
