众淼控股2026年上半年营收1.78亿元，经调整净利润36.8百万元

2026年上半年，众淼控股实现营收1.78亿元，同比增长56.5%。经调整净利润达36.8百万元，同比上升46.7%。得益于场景拓展与金融科技业务的加速落地，整体业绩呈快速提升态势。报告期内毛利80.2百万元，同比增长90.4%，毛利率从上年同期的37.1%增至45.1%。经营活动产生的现金流量净额同比增长287.2%，达到27.7百万元。研发成本为5.5百万元，略高于上年同期的4.7百万元；一般及行政开支17.7百万元，销售及营销费用4.4百万元，较去年同期均有所提升。

在研发与业务投入方面，管理层持续深化金融与保险科技协同能力，重点布局银行科技与风险防控技术升级，强化业务规模化增长与场景化创新，为后续发展奠定基础。

业务分项方面，保险代理业务营收从109.2百万元增至111.5百万元，同比增长2.1%。银行科技业务本期贡献58.2百万元，为新并表业务的重要增量。保险科技业务则由4.3百万元增长至8.0百万元，同比增长85.1%。

公司整体致力于通过科技赋能与多元场景挖掘，持续迭代金融业务生态。在核心技术研发与运营效率提升的双重驱动下，上半年各项经营指标稳步向好，为未来的业务发展打下了扎实的基础。
