RAYMOND IND Maintains 501.32 Million Issued Shares; Confirms Public Float Compliance in May 2026 Return

RAYMOND INDUSTRIAL LIMITED (abbreviated as RAYMOND IND) has submitted its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026 to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, confirming a stable capital structure throughout the month.

The company’s issued ordinary share count remained unchanged at 501.32 million shares, with zero treasury shares held or cancelled. No new shares were issued, and no share repurchases or redemptions occurred during the reporting period.

RAYMOND IND affirmed that it continued to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25% as of 31 May 2026.

Under the existing Share Option Scheme (approved on 7 November 2024), no options were outstanding or exercised during the month. The scheme still permits the issuance of up to 50.13 million shares in the future, although none have been granted to date.

The filing also noted: • No movements involving warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements. • The company does not have an authorised share capital with a par-value structure.

The return was authorised by Executive Director Raymond Man Hin Wong and submitted on 2 June 2026.
