VOBILE GROUP (03738) announced that one of its subsidiaries has entered into a strategic partnership and commercial agreement with Unified National Networks Sdn Bhd (UNN), a move that locks in strategic collaboration and secures 25 megawatts of data center capacity that is designed for artificial intelligence computing workloads, featuring liquid cooling and high-power-density technology.

This capacity enables the company to establish and operate an "AI Factory" in Brunei Darussalam, powered by advanced AI computing systems built on NVIDIA computational cores. The newly established AI Factory is set to expand the company's DreamMaker platform and related services, which are targeted at film studios, independent producers, and content creators, while also strengthening the group's capabilities in AI-driven content creation, copyright protection, and monetization.

The agreement also includes provisions for an additional 25MW of data center expansion in subsequent phases, supporting the company's future business growth. UNN, as Brunei Darussalam's integrated national telecommunications network operator, provides comprehensive fixed-line and mobile communication services across the country and leverages its international assets to offer connectivity services across Asia.
