EXTRAWELL PHAR (00858) announced that on December 30, 2025, Changchun EXTRAWELL, an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary in which the company holds an 80.46% interest, intends to repurchase approximately 10.06% of its equity from Changchun Handu Dingye Real Estate Planning and Sales Co., Ltd. for a consideration of RMB 4.4 million. Following the completion of the share repurchase, the repurchased shares will be cancelled, and the shareholders' respective stakes in Changchun EXTRAWELL will increase proportionally after the cancellation; consequently, the Group's equity in Changchun EXTRAWELL will rise to 89.46%. After the share repurchase and cancellation, Changchun EXTRAWELL will continue to be an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group. The Board of Directors believes the share repurchase presents a timely opportunity for the Group to further consolidate its control and ownership over Changchun EXTRAWELL by utilizing the subsidiary's own cash resources, without disrupting the normal business operations of either Changchun EXTRAWELL or the Group, and anticipates that the repurchase will enhance Changchun EXTRAWELL's earnings per share.
