Genting Singapore Limited told investors that all resolutions tabled at its 41st Annual General Meeting, held on Apr, 15 2026, were duly passed by poll.

Shareholders approved the Directors’ Statement and audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, and endorsed a final one-tier tax-exempt cash dividend of 0.02 Singapore dollars per ordinary share. The book-closure period runs from 5:00 p.m. on May, 04 2026 to 5:00 p.m. on May, 05 2026, with payment scheduled for May, 26 2026.

The meeting re-elected directors Jonathan Asherson, Tan Wah Yeow, Helen Chen and Chong Kin Leong, and sanctioned directors’ fees of up to 2.321 million Singapore dollars for FY2026. Each independent non-executive director will also receive 125,000 ordinary shares under the Genting Singapore Performance Share Scheme, subject to a one-year service condition and holding restrictions.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was re-appointed as auditor, and shareholders renewed both the general mandate for interested-person transactions and the company’s share buy-back mandate.

The AGM, chaired by Executive Chairman Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay, concluded at 12:25 p.m. after a comprehensive question-and-answer session covering the ongoing 6.8 billion Singapore dollars RWS 2.0 redevelopment, capital management plans and market positioning.
