益美国际控股有限公司（下称“益美国际”）于2026年2月2日披露截至2026年1月31日止月份的股份变动月报表。报告显示，公司本月股本结构维持稳定，未有新增发行或股份回购及注销活动。
截至2026年1月31日，公司法定股本维持在4,000,000,000股，面值每股港币0.01元，合计港币40,000,000元；已发行股份总数仍为1,017,170,000股，公司库藏股数量为零。报告期内，公司已发行股份与注册股本未发生任何增减变化。
公司同时披露，其根据早前购股权计划所授出的股票期权数目保持不变，当月无新授出、行使或失效记录。公司确认目前符合香港联交所要求的公众持股量，且所有相关股份发行及持有事项均遵守上市规则和适用法律法规。
