C.BANNER International Holdings Limited has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.
The company’s authorised share capital remains at 20 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.015, equivalent to USD 300.00 million. Issued shares were steady at 2.49 billion, and the group held no treasury stock. The public-float level met the Main Board’s minimum 25 % threshold.
Equity instruments capable of increasing the share base were unchanged: • Share Option Scheme (adopted 15 January 2026): 249.24 million options granted on 22 May 2026 at an exercise price of HKD 0.99 remained outstanding; none were exercised. • Unlisted Warrants (issued 2 February 2026): USD 7.12 million in nominal value, convertible into 474.50 million shares at HKD 0.28 per share, with expiry on 2 February 2028; no warrants were exercised.
There were no convertibles, other share-issuance arrangements, or treasury-share movements. Consequently, total issued share capital and cash balances were unaffected during the month.
