GET NICE (00064) to Acquire Ten Apartments for HK$108.9 Million

GET NICE (00064) announced that on September 12, 2025, the purchasers GET NICE International Limited and GET NICE (YINKI) Winery Limited, both indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company, entered into provisional sale and purchase agreements with the vendors to acquire ten apartments for a total consideration of HK$108.9 million.

According to the announcement, the apartments are located at units 6G, 7G, 8G, 9G, 10G, 11G, 18G, 19G, 20F and 21F of Tower 2, Skyfall II (Phase 5B of South Island) at Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong, with a total net internal area of approximately 5,026 square feet.

The acquisition aligns with the Group's strategic direction and will help expand the Group's existing property investment business. The Group currently intends to hold these apartments as investment properties to generate rental income.

The directors believe that the terms of the provisional sale and purchase agreements were entered into on normal commercial terms and are fair and reasonable, serving the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
