GENES TECH (08257) announced that it has applied to the Stock Exchange under GEM Listing Rule 9.23(2) and has received approval to withdraw its shares from listing on the GEM board. The delisting will take effect from 4:00 p.m. on March 3, 2026, subject to the plan becoming effective.
