Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited reported that it bought back 3,000 ordinary shares on 19 May 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$2.83 to HK$2.84, for a total consideration of HK$8,510.
Including six earlier transactions executed between 8 and 18 May, the company has repurchased 17,000 shares this month at an average price close to HK$2.84. All of these shares—representing approximately 0.0016 % of Tenfu’s issued share capital of 1.08 billion shares—remain outstanding and will be cancelled upon settlement.
Under the general mandate approved on 11 May 2026, Tenfu can repurchase up to 108.28 million shares (10 % of issued capital at the mandate date). To date, 15,000 shares, or 0.0014 % of the mandate limit, have been repurchased under this authorisation.
Following the latest buyback, the total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 1.08 billion. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Tenfu is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 18 June 2026.
