SICC Co., Ltd. reported no changes to its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 May 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 June 2026.

• Authorised share capital remained at 484.62 million shares with a par value of RMB 1 each, comprising 54.91 million H shares and 429.71 million A shares.

• Issued H shares stood unchanged at 54.91 million, with no treasury stock recorded. The company confirmed full compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 5% public float requirement for PRC issuers.

• Issued A shares totalled 428.10 million, while treasury A shares were steady at 1.61 million. No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding during the period, and no additional movements were disclosed.
