2026年7月20日，浙江太美医疗科技股份有限公司（股票代码：02576）披露翌日披露报表，宣布于香港联交所场内进行股份回购。
本次回购共计70,000股H股，占当日公司现有已发行股本（不包括库藏股份）约0.04%，每股回购价格介乎5.70港元至5.92港元，涉及总金额406,732港元（约40.67万港元）。回购完成后，公司已发行股本变更为197,533,133股，库藏股份增至3,059,400股，总股本仍为200,592,533股。
公司早前于2026年6月23日通过了购回授权，授权回购股份总数为20,017,153股，截至目前已累计回购2,638,400股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本的1.32%。公司确认上述回购行为符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
